Individuals must have the ambition to
take products and introduce them into
new markets, working closely with the clients to understand
their needs
and communicate that back to the product team.
In order to be a successful franchiser:
You must be ready to devote your full
time and effort in taking products
forward. While the ability to promote subjects on your own,
it is also important
you know to conclude from the knowledge and experience held
by others.
We do expect our Franchisees
to have either a college or university degree though exceptions
have been made in specific cases.
Previous experience in relevant
fields is a bonus.
As
in all cases of franchising the financial benefits are seen
after a number
a months following the initial investment, as a result any franchisee
interested
in joining us, needs to take into consideration a number of
months with low to
no income.
Most
of our Franchisees have claimed benefit within three months
from
beginning of operation.
In addition to general qualifications,
there are other specific requirements needed for each product.

We at
PSG-Group
offer two options in joining
our family; Finders or Franchisers.
Finders:
Is a great way to start with receiving percentage
per client as well as learning the market, without
the necessary upfront payment and the
need to reach tight goals. Finders may choose
to work only part time, meaning you can work in
your pace taking into consideration that you may
be sharing the market with other Finders.
Franchisers:
The risk is higher but so is the benefit. Franchisers
receive exclusive ownership over a market/ area.
Moreover, franchisers benefit from
higher margins and are able to operate the local
finders as their
own team. |
